At CaMarMel Creations, every item is made to order with care. Because each product is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color changes, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us at contact@camarmelcreations.com within 30 days of delivery, along with your order number and clear photo(s) of the issue.
We’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund for you at no extra cost (printing and shipping included) — you do not need to return the original product.
Other Issues / Customer Errors
We cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders that are incorrect due to customer error (wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind). If you wish to exchange or return for such reasons, it will be at your own expense.
